Co-Op Build Program

Our Co-Op Building Program is designed for those who want to take a hands-on role in building their dream home. Qualified participants can contribute their own skills and effort during the construction process to earn credit toward the total cost of the build.

This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are both capable and committed to quality workmanship. Each participant is carefully evaluated to ensure this program is a good fit for their abilities and project goals. Cooley Builders will ensure the project is complete within the outlined scope of work from start to finish. This program allows the owners the ability to be more tactilely involved with tangible benefits.
